Gymnastic Rings I Am Starting A Gymnastic Workout Consisting Of Ring Exercises, Planche Push Ups, And Many Pull-ups And Sit Up?

I am starting a gymnastic workout consisting of ring exercises, planche push ups, and many pull-ups and sit up? - gymnastic rings

I do these exercises from Monday to Friday and rest on weekends or taking a break to make every two days. How long should I rest my muscles?

and just started, I suggest that the first week of doing this every day. Mabye Saturday, Sunday and out depending on how you feel. Once you die 3 Weeks may want to examine you to go the whole day. and under Saturday and Sunday.

in the second weeek even go so far as any other day, but Mabye try to do another day.
